Return & Refund Policy
Thanks for shopping at Green Tee Shop, LLC. Because all of our products are custom-made to order, we do not hold inventory and cannot accept returns or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size, color, or style.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or is not what you ordered, we are happy to replace it at no cost to you.
  • Timeframe: Please report any issues within 30 days of the product delivery date.
  • Proof: Please send an email to admin@greenteeshop.com with your order number and a clear photo or video showing the defect or incorrect item.
  • Resolution: Once confirmed, we will arrange a free replacement or issue a refund.
Returns to Sender
If an order is returned to our facility due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or failure to pick up the package, a refund of the product price only (excluding shipping) will be issued.
Non-Returnable Items
Please check our sizing charts carefully before ordering. We cannot offer refunds for items that do not fit.
