Refund policy
If your item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or is not what you ordered, we are happy to replace it at no cost to you.
- Timeframe: Please report any issues within 30 days of the product delivery date.
- Proof: Please send an email to admin@greenteeshop.com with your order number and a clear photo or video showing the defect or incorrect item.
- Resolution: Once confirmed, we will arrange a free replacement or issue a refund.
If an order is returned to our facility due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or failure to pick up the package, a refund of the product price only (excluding shipping) will be issued.
Please check our sizing charts carefully before ordering. We cannot offer refunds for items that do not fit.
